Erik Lindgren: He didn't Learn it in College

Erik Lindgren grew up in California, and was an athlete in high school before he became a professional poker player. Lindgren won many honors as an athlete, which has contributed to his competitiveness and success as a poker player. He continues to play golf and basketball when he has "off-time" from his job as a poker player.Lindgren's entry into the gambling world started early. He dropped out of college to become a blackjack dealer and that is when he was introduced to poker. Erik burst onto the scene of the World Series of Poker
