Erik Lindgren: He didn't Learn it in College
Lindgren's entry into the gambling world started early. He dropped out of college to become a blackjack dealer and that is when he was introduced to poker. Erik burst onto the scene of the World Series of Poker World Series of Poker (WSOP) in 2002 when he won his first major tournament at the Bellagio (Las Vegas, Nevada). He has continued to maintain a high level of play and has impressive wins in many tournaments around the world. In Erik's drive for success, he keeps an eye on fellow players such as: Phil Ivey , Gus Hansen and Daniel Negreanu. Erik Lingren considers these three players to be his toughest competition at any table, and therefore they are the players he wants to learn from. Erik has a book entitled, " World Poker Tour : Making the Final Table." This book provides advice on how to play poker in tournaments, and how to get better.
